| WTF is it? A roleplaying game set in the world of Fallout - dumbass… (By default the world at the start of Fallout 4 in the Commonwealth). WTF is this? I started trying to condense the game rules for my own purposes on https://obisidian.md, got distracted and made it a website that others can peruse for their use.
